Institute of Directors - North Yorkshire Committee
As you can imagine we like to meet and talk to people across a wide spectrum of business and industry. Networking plays a large role in this as we get the opportunity to form some great long lasting business relationships and friendships with the colleagues we meet. Earlier in the year Jacky joined the Institute of Directors (IoD) here in North Yorkshire and was subsequently invited to join the voluntary committee that oversees and promotes the various events around the region.
With events from Skipton to Harrogate, Jacky will be closely involved in creating more of an IoD presence in York, commenting: "I've been very warmly welcomed in to the IoD and working with the North Yorkshire Committee will be an exciting challenge. As copywriters can often be very studio based this offers me a good opportunity, not just to get out and about, but also work on some really high quality events for IoD members and guests."
